This classic coastal beauty will become your favorite casual retreat once you’ve experienced the way its large windows and roomy deck put you in touch with the relaxing power of the Pacific. The vaulted ceiling of the living room brings in plenty of ocean light and refreshing views of waves crashing over offshore rocks. When the sun starts sinking in the west, transparent light-blocking shades will temper the glare without obstructing the view. Outdoors you’ll look over sea-grass and sand to the surf-line from the prow-like deck with side privacy panels to block the wind. Later you’ll relax on the deck and enjoy a meal and a glass of wine as the sun sets in all its glory. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds. The fully equipped ocean-view kitchen has a dining table and large kitchen island that making eating in a pleasure. But you might be tempted to eat out with shopping, dining and the Chinook Winds Casino a five-minute drive away. It’s an easy walk to the nearest beach access, or get above it all with a walk up to the ridge above Roads End. For simplicity and ease, Sea-esta is a great way to make your coastal escape!

All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Perfect getaway

This is a great property for two couples or girls trip. The property was quiet with the amazing views as advertised. The house is all one level so great for people with limited mobility. There is beach access via a set of stairs one house over and made for great beach walks.

Loved this cute little house with great views. Beach access is a house down or there is handicapped access (blue runner down to beach) farther up the street to the south. House is located close to Safeway, Thai Bay, or most anything on north end of city. Would love to stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

We are from PHX, Az so when you can escape to Lincoln City on the beach in the summer and it is 65-70 degrees vs 115 it is an awesome time! The view is awesome, perfect proximity to everything, we hiked, did the beach, there is a casino near by, lots to do Here in Lincoln City, Or we had an amazing time. Management was great also, they brought us gas for the grill and anything we needed. Overall great stay! We Will be back!

The View! That’s the highlight! Beautiful ocean front home on a very low traffic Linclon City beach. The deck and windows opened to the stunning Pacific Ocean. The home was clean and exactly as lovely as the pictures. The management was prompt and friendly with any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. As most other reviews mention, the master bed was mushy, but when on vacation, we have low expectations for a good bed. Beach goes for miles in both directions. Excellent home with amazing views. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The inside was really clean and nice the only issue was the 4 picture windows weren’t cleaned on the outside the day we arrived. A beautiful view like that needs clean windows for a great first impression. There was windex so we cleaned them ourselves. Windows should be done before arrival of any new guests. The control knobs on the grill were very hard to turn on and off. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved every minute of our vacation! The setting was ideal-even though we had fog everyday! The house was clean and well- furnished.
