Beautiful home, decorated very cute farmhouse with a splash of retro, comfortable beds, roomy layout, private backyard, up to date kitchen with coffee supplied if you like, both k-cup or standard drip. Great location too!!
Overall good stay, neighborhood was very try quiet and clean. Would recommend if in the area as it’s close enough to Tulsa attractions but far enough to stay out of the “crazy” busy areas. Hosts were attentive when needed and responded quickly. Added a picture of outside at night with my Tahoe as this was so cool and my fav colors!!
We enjoyed our visit, the house was exactly how it was described in the listing. Very clean, check-in and check out was very easy. Jorge and Mayra were very pleasant to communicate with. They responded to quickly to messages.
We loved our stay at this house. It’s very clean and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. They have a lot of amenities and they are easy to work with! We will definitely book again.
Perfect house for our family to stay while we were moving our daughter into TU. It was the perfect distance around multiple places that we needed to be at.

Good stay with check in issue
The stay was good but there was a several hour long issue with check in and the door not unlocking.
We came to BA to visit family and go to Woolaroc, Tall Grass Prairie, and the Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in Pawhuska. Our stay at the VRBO was great. Location is on a quiet cul de sac that is within several subdivisions. It would be tricky to find without GPS. Cozy, updated ranch home that had the amenities we needed for restful nights for our busy days. We will definitely consider using this VRBO again. Less expensive than our usual hotel stays.
Very easy check in process. Very secure home at end of a cul-de-sac. Property has multiple security cameras and auto lights outside. Large driveway but no access to garage. Only small drawback was only 1 roll of paper products for renter.
House was comfortable and well equipped with the exception of wash clothes in tbe restrooms. There were no washcloths for showering or washing your face except the black ones for makeup removal. Found that a little odd! Other than that was very nice
I was a little confused about the fact the we had 6ppl. Staying at the house but only had bath towels four 4 people. The managers offered to bring more but I got some for my mom. I also found it a little weird that there were no staples in the house. I rent VRBO’s when I go on vacation so I don’t have to eat out. I have never stayed somewhere that did not have a single spice in the kitchen. Also they provide one roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We were there for a week not just a couple of days. If I’d known we had to bring our whole house to go on vacation we would’ve just gotten a hotel.

Hi Marsha,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We’re sorry to hear that you felt your experience wasn’t up to standards. However, we’d like to clarify that we don’t provide your entire stay; we only offer a starting point. We take several trips a year and have never stayed at a VRBO that provided an entire stay or offered multiple spices for guests.
Regarding the towels, we had mentioned where the extra towels were located. You said you’d check upon your return, but you never responded. After your check-out, we checked the closet we had asked you to check and found two extra towels, as we always leave extra towels. We strive daily to provide our guests with the best stays and accommodate them to the best of our ability, as our guests are our highest priority. We hope you find a more suitable VRBO in the future.
