Very safe , quiet and convenient location, this house (4 bedrooms 2.5 bath, 2 living rooms, total 6 queen size beds ) , basic kitchenwares provided . Lots of rooms , can easily host a big family, short/long term stay welcome . All new windows & flooring. Wifi ,TV ..
Within a mile or two, you will find restaurants, movie theater, Walmart, Aldi, JC Penncy , Target, Ross, TJ max etc major stores , GYMs, hospitals, golf courses, river, boating etc.
Beautiful big parks you can run/walk/ do all kinds of sports.
The Space:
4 bedrooms with 6 Queen memory foam beds, main floor all has new solid hardwood floor.
Work/study desk in lower level .
Fully functioning kitchen with coffer maker, pots , cooking wares etc.
Guest Access:
Guests can use the whole house except storage room ( locked) at lower level.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet street and very safe.
This house is a few mins away to all your everyday shopping needs ( walmart, Target, Aldi, JC Penny, Ross, TJ Max Etc big chain stores, gyms, movies, restaurants ) , very convenient .
There are quite a few beautiful big parks and golf courses in Fenton that you can visit and relax during your stay , and they are right next to each other , around Meramec River.

Houses sits at the end of a quiet street , can park 4 cars easily on drive way.
A few mins away from major shopping stores including Walmart, Aldi, Shop &Save etc for groceries, and other major retail stores for clothing, shoes, pets etc.
20 minutes drive to The Arch, downtown St Louis, St Louis Zoo, Forest Park, Art Museum, History Museum, Baseball Busch Stadium for Cardinals etc.
Very convenient location.
Other Things to Note:
Fenton is knows as a city of Parks, here we have so many big parks and golf courses along both sides of Meramec River , they are a very short distance from this house ( a few miles ) . The parks are a great place for family to relax , exercise , also multiple play grounds for kids to play in the parks.

This clean house has 4 bedrooms, can easily host 12 people ( 6 queen sized beds with memory foam).
House is located in a very quiet neighborhood, end of the street, no through traffic. House is not far from Arch, Art Museum , Forest Park etc popular places.
If you avoid morning/evening traffic ( between 7:30am -8:30 am, 4 pm-6 pm ) , you can literally travel to most parts of Metro St Louis within 20 mins.
House is located in a very quiet neighborhood, end of the street, no through traffic. House is not far from Arch, Art Museum , Forest Park etc popular places.
