Family Christmas

I would give higher than a 5 ! Outstanding experience - from communication during reservation - throughout the process - Outstanding - We rented both houses on the property for our family Christmas - both homes exceptionally stocked with supplies - from kitchen to beach to outdoor fun (ping pong). All amenities top of the line - smoker, coffee machines, BBQ, laundry. Bed/pillow / sitting area highest quality.

This place was AMAZING! Everything felt new, there were incredibly thoughtful touches throughout. Host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. And for us, best of all was that it was perfectly set up for kids. We had 3 young kids (2 yrs 9 months, 2.5, and 1 year old) and there were enough high chairs, eating gear, and pack and plays for everyone. Plus, so many great toys for the kids. The house was spacious enough that everyone had their own personal space, but there was plenty of communal space for hang outs too. We picked this place because it was a halfway point between my sister’s family in OC and my family in the Bay Area, and it was perfect. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent experience. Host was responsive and took care of a few minor issues that arose. Was not his fault that the neighbors were doing some noisy construction work but he wanted to make sure our stay was awesome so he gave us a gift certificate to a steakhouse. All guests enjoyed their stay and I would recommend him highly.
