About this property

Arya’s cottage - NO SMOKING

Adults only, 18&older, 2 quests only. NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed anywhere inside or outside. You will be charged a damage fee if this is disregarded. Dogs welcome for an additional fee. Peaceful and centrally-located place. From your loft bedroom overlook beautiful rolling pastures. Take a stroll on our walking trails or through the woods, read a book, sit around your fire pit, soak in the jacuzzi, or head 6 miles to downtown for some nightlife or an event at the Tanger Center or Coliseum. Within 15 minutes to several Universities/Colleges & Hospitals. Come enjoy our farm.
The space
Open living room with stocked kitchen that includes full sink, refrigerator, dual hot plate, and an air fryer microwave. Upstairs loft bedroom includes a queen bed with beautiful view out double windows and is open to space below. Large bathroom downstairs and an outdoor shower.
Guest access
You will have the entire cottage minus the garage, a patio, and jacuzzi to enjoy. If you are wishing to bring a pet (dog only) please add the pet fee for each pet and send a pre-approval request. All dogs must be leashed and picked up after.
Other things to note
Have space for your horses to stay over as well. Message us for pricing and setup. We also have a lovely german shepherd, chickens, roosters, and 2 fainting goats.

No children or anyone under 18

Horse farm stay close to Greensboro

Waking up to the farm made us feel connected to nature. It was peaceful and quiet; away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to visit Greensboro for dinner.Really enjoyed the hot tub! Nice and private.

This is a beautiful property full of kind people and animals! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Do not let close vicinity to the hosts deter you from booking here, our stay was very private and very comfortable. Great Retreat

The Barndominium was perfect!! The weather wasn't great, but we still enjoyed the serenity it provided. The Hot Tub is Top Notch. We loved being greeted by all the animals each day. We will absolutely be back.

Perfect Stay

On our way to Ocean Isle we stayed at this sweet little cottage on a small, urban farm 10 minutes away from all amenities. Perfectly clean and welcoming—fantastic hot tub with Blue Tooth. Comfortable wrought-iron bed in a cozy loft with morning sun; fantastic shower with large bathroom on first floor. Totally recommend!!

Heaven on earth

We stayed in the cottage to attend a concert. While relaxing in the hot-tub before the show, we actually considered skipping the concert! It was that nice there! We will definitely be back again! Very quiet. Very peaceful. Very serene. And the hosts were so responsive and friendly.

Awesome get away spot for a couple

Nice clean spot for a couple. Would definitely recommend. Hot tub was a nice feature. Anyone with limited mobility should consider stairs to the bed and limited head clearance. GPS told me to turn the driveway before theirs. Their driveway does have a sign at it. Good location not far away from Greensboro city limits.
