Welcome to Blue Paradise. This mid-century home built in 1953, captures the spirit of the era Palm Springs helped define. Located in the famed movie colony, enjoy close proximity to downtown restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities, galleries, bars, and a casino.
This house is designed to soak in every drop of the sun to give a full indoor-outdoor synchronistic experience. Lounging poolside or taking breakfast on the patio, one is always surrounded by bountiful fruit trees with a backdrop of the striking mountain ridges.
Watch the shadows pass by with a freshly squeezed grapefruit margarita and the book you’ve been meaning to finish. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen — wether it’s a romantic candlelight dinner or a poolside bbq with friends and family, you’re covered.
For the activity doers, you’re close by Ruth Hardy Park, mountain trails, or even leisure bike rides through town.
This house is designed to live in, from the unique furniture, the garden, the artwork — everything was done with a personal touch.
