Three full bathrooms and 5 private bedroom make this an ideal location for large families or friend groups. The patio furniture and fire pit on the back deck offer a fantastic location for a drink after a great day riding, visiting crystal bridges or walking Bentonville square. Full kitchen and grill are at your disposal to cook up a feast in home or you are minutes from the fabulous downtown Bentonville resteraunts.

Decent home typical rental owner

Overall a nice spaceous house in a quiet neighborhood If you plan on cooking bring everything you need with you the kitchen is very bare bones in terms of basic cookware and has zero basics. Owner was unresponsive when asked about trash bags or paper towels that were not there. The only issues we had were plumbing leaks causing us to have to turn off the water to stop the basement from further flooding. We were offered no compensation for not being able to shower etc. only blamed for causing leaks in a utility closet we didn’t enter until the basement flooded

Bike in bike out to Coller

Home was clean & spacious. Neighborhood was quiet & offered plenty of privacy. Hosts were responsive, helpful & friendly. Location was excellent, just an easy 2 mile ride to access Coller Preserve Trails. This bike town was so much fun!
