We're an experience designer and an engineer who came to Costa Rica and fell in love- with each other and the country. We have a mutual passion for art, how things work, and dancing. As one of us is an extrovert and the other is an introvert, we enjoy different aspects of hosting. One enjoys trying to understand the components of a great experience and the other getting to chat with other adults about where they've came from, the draw to Costa Rica, and anything you're super passionate about. As hosts, we likely won't be in town for your stay, but are happy to answer any questions you might have about Costa Rica, building swimming pools, or Pura Vida.

We are right on the main road in town, close enough to walk to everything but not right in the noise. There is a brewery, several restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, coffee shop, etc. This area is walking distance to 5 different kinds of beaches, white sand, black sand, regular, rocky.

We have a very large property that is almost an acre, or about 4000 square meters. We have many gardens, 3 salt water swimming pools, and set up for the whole family. While we are very close in town we are private and exclusive. Extensive care was taken to each unit as well as providing private and communal areas to relax. Our staff have been trained by restaurant managers from the Northern United States. We certainly have the best breakfast in town. All of the water on the property is filtered and safe to drink. Because we have maintained a lot of the tree canopy, which most properties in the area have not, the monkeys typically visit twice daily and we get other tropical animals like Toucans, Iguanas, Butterflies, Macaw. It also keeps the property well shaded and you're able to enjoy various fruits from the trees at different times of the year, mango, papaya, starfruit, pomegranate, avocados, coconut, guava, passion fruit, Costa Rican oranges, soursop. This private and fully staffed property will make your vacation easy, you won't want to leave.
