Matt and Kristina are veterans in customer service having owned/operated several restaurants in NYC area over 30 years. They own/operate 2 Airbnb's here in southern Florida. They don't use a management company as they prefer a "hands on" approach to customer service and are available 24/7 and live 5 minutes away from this home. That way, not even a speck of dirt will be noticed in the home. Plus, they are always available to give excellent personal customer service with a smile.
