Located in the art district of Melbourne, 5 minutes to Melbourne downtown and crossing bridge to Melbourne Beach & Indialantic Beach.

1, SLEEPING AREA: one queen bed. We no longer provide towels, bedding, and blankets for extended stay. Please bring your own for better hygiene.

2, PARKING: it's one of the apartments of a duplex, spacious back parking lot, enough for RV and trailer.

3, AIR: separated central AC just for you; an ionic airfilter kills covid and promises safe air; a tower fan helps the airflow.

4, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.

5, TV & INTERNET: With firestick, please use your own streaming accounts. Spectrum 200mbps high-speed wifi and Ethernet plug available.

6, KITCHENETTE: efficiency kitchenette, we encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Coffeemaker, mini refrigerator, and a single burner)

7, TOWELS: Do bring your own if they are very important for your comfort.

8, NON-SMOKING: absolutely! smoke outside if you have to, and leave only cigarette butts in the outdoor ash tray (a reclaimed 5 gallon paint basket, not for regular trash, please)

9, Non flushable items: don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the east space coast by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens.
(The whole sewerage is recently updated to commercial code PVC, which won't have problems by themselves!)

10, FURNITURE, FLOORS, and WINDOW:
a. 18" high metal queen bed frame, mattress is hybrid memory foam & springs. 2 jumbo pillows.
b. All other pieces are repurposed office or patio furniture, some homemade.
c. floor is painted concrete, no tiles. wear shoes inside because it could be dusty.
d. windows are tint, foggy, and sprayed with images to filter brutal sunlight and also preserve privacy.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy

NOPE

I stayed here for 1 night out of the 3 I reserved. The VRBO was not cleaned, there was the last people stuff still scattered around, plus nothing was wiped down. The toilet was covered in pee. Not to forget that we saw 3 roaches in the short amount of time we were there. Also i didn't get my cleaning deposits back even after i told the host all of these things. Worst VRBO ever!!
