1, SLEEPING AREA: one queen size bed.

2, PARKING: it's one of the apartments of a duplex, spacious back parking lot.

3, AIR: central AC (heat & cool) just for you.

4, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.

5, TV & INTERNET: Two TV sets with Rocu. one is in the living room, another one hung on the wall in the bedroom.
please use your own streaming accounts.
Verizon 5G high-speed internet, WIFI only.

6, KITCHENETTE: An efficiency kitchenette, we encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Toster, Coffeemaker, Refrigerator with freezer) 

7, Non flushable items: don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the space east coast area by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens.
(The whole sewerage is recently updated to commercial code PVC, which won't have problems by themselves!)

8, FURNITURE, FLOORS, and WINDOW:
a. frugal furnished as seen.
b. floor is painted concrete.
c. windows are hurricane rated, please keep it shut.

This is a perfect location to see Melbourne and close to a variety of restaurants ! We had a good stay and had dog park close by.

DO NOT USE THIS HOST! The pictures are staged to give the appearance of a finished floor but the reality is, it's just the concrete foundation. The bed is not stable enough to hold 2 people, I had to get an air mattress so one of us had a place to sleep. The AC didn't work well after the first night and completely went out by the 3rd morning. Tried to get in touch with the owner and had radio silence. Not the best communicator. We left on the 3rd night and requested a refund because the AC was shotty, were refused because he claims the AC was just fine and blamed us for having the temp below 70, which we had it set to 74. The area is also one of the worst in Melbourne, lots of drug users, saw a few needles behind a neighboring building when I went on a walk. I will NEVER use this host again. The only positive thing for this place is that he didn't give push back about our service dog like other hosts have done in the past.

I have to say something about it because it's not fair to get such a blame. The guests called around midnight about the ac situation which we missed for obvious excuse that we were sleeping. By the morning 8am we sent ac guy to check, the feedback was that AC was working fine. I politely explained to the guests that the ac could be iced inside if the thermostat is set too low, especially during the Florida summer, extremely hot & humid in July. The ac may have to stop frequently to let the ice melt, it may take a little patience to wait the room cool down. The bed is solid metal frame and 12" memory foam mattress, floor is painted concrete as described in the narrative. nothing hidden nor misleading. We are trying to run a theme rental. The property is located in residential and commercial zone, many activities and many restaurants around. I myself don't see needles on this property. We only wish people who rent this vrbo could be more worldly and open minded. and more, please don't treat people as your servant, have some respect.

More of a cabin like accommodation. Cement floors and some walls. Shower was like a 2 level cement floor which made it difficult to stand in. Furniture inside was all patio type furniture. Bed was comfortable.
