Beach Haven Oceanfront 2nd floor of a duplex with amazing ocean views. No pets and No smoking allowed on the property! Picnic table and outdoor hand held hose available. Outdoor shower is a head only, there is no enclosure. Pillows & blankets supplied for tenant use. Tenant responsible for cleaning the grill and filling the propane tank. Recent updates include new siding and some new windows to enhance the views!
