About this property

Upgraded 2nd floor duplex in the heart of Harvey Cedars close to the bay beach.

2nd floor duplex on the ocean block Harvey Cedars Roof top deck has nice water views. Very close to beach and short walk into town for ice cream. Bay beach is also on 75th St so is very convenient.

The grill is not shared, the grill marked Unit 2 is only for the second floor guest. There are 3 decks available to the 2nd floor tenants: front deck, back 2nd floor deck and the third floor bayside deck are only accessible to the 2nd floor guest. Outdoor shower and washer/dryer shared with first floor unit. Owner provides pillows and blankets/comforters for your use.

AC very loud

Great location, beach block, apt was so clean 5 blocks from everything you could need But-3 decks, no one deck, one landing, one very small perch, Living Room AC very loud. Bathroom could use some love
