Great property. Close to beach and shops. Great amenities, Sonos sound system is fantastic. Outside patio great in morning for espresso and enjoying morning sun. Hosts are fantastic, if you need anything they are very responsive. Overall would stay there again.

Upscale, private gem 2 blocks away from the beach!

This brand-new, hi-tech loft style condo with separate 1 bedroom is well appointed and beautifully decorated. It has an incredible A/C (so good at cooling the place that I had to set it at 77 degrees in the summer!!), comfy bed, linens and sofa. There was even a dog bed and treats for my pup! She enjoyed walks on the nearby dog beach. The kitchen has an espresso machine, new appliances & anything you need for food prep although there are many good restaurants close by 5 minutes away by car or by walking on the nearby riverbend boardwalk. No detail was overlooked- there is a large private patio that has an outdoor shower, grill and comfy seating. Unlike other places where I have stayed, there was no lockbox, and it was very easy to get into this pristine, cozy condo. The owners, Pamela & Kevin, live nearby and are responsive, accessible and very helpful. I can’t wait to come back in the winter!!
