Stylish, fully furnished, 3 bed, 2 bath cottage in the heart of Delray Beach. Newly renovated, bathrooms and kitchen, pet friendly fenced in yard. Laundry room, outside shower, hot tub, fire pit, grill as well as outdoor furniture set up, including loungers, hammock and large umbrellas to enjoy the al fresco lifestyle in Florida. Auto sprinklers, smoke detectors, motion camera security lights, ring door bell.

Dogs under 20 pounds, on case to case basis, no aggressive breeds, max 2. Pet non refundable deposit $500 per dog. Landlord to approve.

Lovely Beach Cottage

We stayed at the beach cottage and loved it. From the great decor and finishes to all the little things like beach toys, beach bag, beach chairs, little basket of goodies and the great backyard. They thought of every detail. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and the beach. Thank you for hosting our family!
