60th Birthday Celebration

The property is beautiful and the staff was amazing. Our cook, Merlinda was amazing. The meals were delicious and exactly what I requested. Lydia, her assistant was also amazing. Margueritte, our concierge was available when needed to make reservations and schedule our taxi service with our driver Steven. Our overall experience was wonderful. I would visit and book this home again! I loved it!

Everything about this experience was amazing. The villa was beautiful and extremely clean. Merlinda and Lydia spoiled us with delicious meals and desserts. We were able to easily navigate the island with the help of Thierry and felt extremely safe on the gated property knowing Frances was around if we needed him. We cannot wait to return to our little slice of heaven!

Fabulous Villa

This was one of my most memorable stays in a VRBO. The house, the staff, the views, everything was perfect. I would just make sure to bring bug spray because there are mosquitos at night. The house is a gated property overseen by Francis who is always available if there's any issues. Merlinda is an amazing cook! Lydia was always helpful with all our needs. Be mindful that the house is about 10-15min from restaurants and bars but close to some beautiful beaches Smugglers cove being our favorite, but you can't rent chairs or umbrellas, as it is reserved for resort guests only. Naked Fisherman restaurant was delicious. Pigeon Island was equally nice and you can rent chairs and umbrellas, restaurant on site. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home, beautiful views, beautiful experience. We loved our stay at Tamarind Villa. The house is large, clean and well appointed. The outside area is everything. This house takes the indoor outdoor living concept to a new level. The pool was refreshing on a hot day and the sunsets are like no others I've seen. If your lucky enough to stay here the staff will truly up your vacation experience. Merlinda's home cooked meals are delicious! Treat yourself and have her make you one of her cheesecakes. They were so good we ate them for breakfast. If you're looking for a great house for a family or group in St Lucia don't hesitate to pick Tamarind Villa.

Most Amazing Experience

My group of 8 had the best experience at this Villa for my birthday. The house was clean, the views were Amazing, and the location was quiet. The Property Manager went above and beyond and helped us through some hiccups. Everyone who worked on the property were extremely accommodating and nice. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood and you can't walk to anything except maybe the golf course but we didn't mind. Side note that we didn't realize until after we arrived- all plugs (in st. Lucia in general) are UK plugs, so bring converters (they have one main one in the dining room) if you need one. At night its pretty cool and you could sleep with just a fan if you wanted. Overall, this was the best vacation and already considering planning another trip!

Beautiful setting

We stayed here for our annual extended 13 member family trip. The views are truly amazing and amongst the absolute best we saw anywhere on the island. The house was very private. The rooms were all spacious. The exterior patio and pool were as good as it gets. All of the staff from property manager Margaritte, house manager Francis and the housekeepers were super easy to work with and were extremely helpful. As we were very close to Rodney Bay we loved dinner at the Cliff. We all had a blast at Splash Island and we rented a private catamaran tour to the Pitons from the marina. The beach at the naked fishermen is public and had the best spot for snorkeling. We were here during an exceptionally hot and buggy time in late July. It was tolerable except two of the large bedrooms on the main level that had wooden blinds instead of glass windows got pretty buggy and very hot despite having AC so those family members just bunked with two of the upstairs bedrooms that were much cooler and bug free bc they have glass windows. But overall we had a wonderful time.

Breathtaking Views

This is the villa you want to experience!!! We were a little apprehensive about the booking as this was our first house rental for such a big group but were immediately put to ease when we pulled up to this beautiful villa!!! The house was exactly as pictured! Perfect for a big group (we had 14; adults and kids) and had way more than enough space. Merlinda and Lydia were amazing! We were spoiled with delicious home cooked meals daily and the house was always in pristine condition. Francis the care taker was always a yell away and so helpful when we needed it! Best staff around; they made us all feel so at home and comfortable. We were able to enjoy laughs and conversations with them, which we loved! The views had to be my favorite; absolutely breathtaking! I already miss waking up and sitting outside to watch the sunrise.... The pool was the best part for the kids! They loved every minute of it! Remember your bug spray! The mosquitoes are no joke! The house also had some bug spray we could utilize while we were there! All in all everything was amazing! This is a must experience house! Thanks so much to the staff for giving us the best experience we could have asked for! We'll definitely be back!!!!

What a slice of heaven, views of the ocean and sea!! The house is even more fantastic in person. Merlinda is wonderful, she cooked breakfast every day for us, and made us salads for lunch. She made a wonderful key lime pie, as well as a cheesecake. She will also prepare dinner for you to warm up, as she leaves around 3:30. t Frances and Lydia keep the house and pool immaculate. We had Terry as our driver to and from the airport, as well as small trips we made during our stay, he even delivered pizza and vodka to the house one evening. Things to note: 1. We did not take advantage of the start up groceries, but instead went over food options when we met Merlinda on our first morning. She and Frances were able to pick up our groceries which was wonderful. However please note if you are arriving from a long day of travel you may want to pick something up to eat. The house has a very open air concept, things worked best when the bedrooms remained closed after dark to avoid mosquitos and other pests. Nice breeze most of the time so that helped. Bottom line, turn on your air and close up your bedroom before nightfall.. Evenings by the pool and patio were fine, enough of a breeze to be lovely.. WE WILL DEFINETLY BE BACK!

We had an incredible stay at Tamarind Villa and could not have asked for a better setup for our group of 11 friends. The house was the perfect size for a mix of couples and solo travelers, with plenty of space to spread out while still feeling communal.The villa is located in what felt like a very safe, quiet community, with a steep driveway and about a 10–15 minute drive to Gros Islet. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and direct access to a porch or patio, which gave everyone privacy and their own space to unwind.The saltwater pool was absolutely lovely and quickly became the center of our trip. I honestly think at least one person was in it at all times throughout our five-day stay.Starting about a month before our arrival and continuing through the lead-up to the trip and our stay itself, our concierge Sharon was an absolute rockstar. She made this trip what it was, handling everything from room setup and clearing allergens for a highly allergic guest, to planning meals with the included cook, coordinating a private chef dinner, transportation, and activities.Merlinda and Bosha, our cooks and housekeepers, were phenomenal. They prepared delicious meals, including a perfect dinner waiting for us on arrival, plus incredible fresh juices and bakes. Francis, our caretaker, was always available and helpful.All around, a perfect experience with an exceptional team at a beautiful villa. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had an excellent time at Tamarind Villa. Would have liked to have spent more time there but were busy exploring the island. Suggestions to potential renters: 1) Rent a 4x drive vehicle, the island roads can be steep, 2) Consider the time of year you visit on account of temperature and mosquitoes... Summer a bit hot and buggy. At the villa however, all the bedrooms had AC so very comfortable at night. The common areas were a bit warm and a bit of mosquito activity... Highly recommend nevertheless...

Epic Views

My guests and I had such an amazing trip in st Lucia and the tamarind villa was by far the reason why. The panoramic views were absolutely stunning with both ocean and Mountain Views! The housekeepers (Malinda and Lydia), property manager (margret) and Francis were all so welcoming and accommodating throughout the whole trip. Communication was great. I would definitely recommend booking this villa!

The villa is not in walking distance and with Corvid there is a curfew, making evening delivery impossible. 2. The house has a very open air concept, things worked best when the bedrooms remained closed after dark to avoid mosquitos and other pests. Nice breeze most of the time so that helped. Bottom line, turn on your air and close up your bedroom before nightfall.. Evenings by the pool and patio were fine, enough of a breeze to be lovely.. WE WILL DEFINETLY BE BACK!

This was one of my most memorable stays in a vrbo. The house, the staff, the views, everything was perfect. I would just make sure to bring bug spray because there are mosquitos at night. Nurse came right to the house to do our pcr tests. The house is a gated property overseen by Francis who is always available if there’s any issues. Merlinda is an amazing cook! Lydia was always helpful with all our needs. Be mindful that the house is about 1 1/2 hours from main attractions but close to some beautiful beaches Smugglers cove being our favorite, but you can’t rent chairs or umbrellas, reserved for resort guests only. Naked fisherman restaurant was delicous. Pigeon island was equally nice and you can rent chairs and umbrellas restaurant on site. I would stay here again for sure
