Perfect location

This condo was perfectly located for our hockey weekend. Walking distance to the arena and to downtown Victoria. Very clean & lots of windows! Property management company was very responsive.

Secure modern condo with all modern amenities

Great modern condo choice. Fresh local food across street in full service market: easy to cook but lots of restaurants close. Neighborhood: about 1-1.5 street miles to tourist areas of city. Car optimal, especially if you visit Oak Bay or Buchart, which we highly recommend. Good bus system with stop right outside. No a/c but ability to open screened windows and patio door sufficient with fans in every room. Trickiest for us was check in: property provides info, but to keep residents secure, there are multiple codes needed. Once you have the unit fob, it is a great system. As with any city, there are some homeless; we wouldn’t walk at night. It is a dense residential group of condos all around, but very quiet space. We loved it, especially the market nearby with fresh local meat and veggies in abundance. Communication with condo managers was outstanding in advance and checking on us during our stay. I would definitely return.

Location

Had a little trouble getting as we did not know that you have 30 seconds from buzz in to pressing your elevator floor button. Once we had the fob all ok. Could use a couple of clothes hooks in the bathroom. Fantastic food store right across the street. Great location and reasonably quiet.

Visiting family in Victoria

This apartment was very conveniently located, with good secure parking. It had everything we needed for cooking and comfortable beds. There are good restaurants close by. It was easy to communicate with Iris.
