The space offers a pullout couch for additional sleeping arrangements and is adorned with modern, upscale appliances and amenities. Sink into the comfort of a queen-size mattress layered with freshly cleaned and pressed bedding and pillows. Indulge in the delights of the private balcony, accessible from the living room, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. For added convenience, the suite includes a high-efficiency, in-suite washer and dryer, along with high-speed WiFi and a smart television with access to your favourite streaming services.

The Janion Building possesses a rich history, initially constructed in 1891 and later transformed into a sustainable residential complex through meticulous renovation and restoration. Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 19 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Hallway Restoration: Although it does not affect the suite, guests should be aware of ongoing construction in the hallway leading to the suite.

Parking Information: For convenient, nearby parking options, guests can choose from the Bastion Square Parkade (575 Yates St) or Centennial Parkade (645 Fisgard St). Both parkades also offer free parking from 8 pm to 8 am. We recommend downloading and using the Park Victoria App to simplify the payment process and avoid the hassle of using a meter. Additionally, for easy unloading, there is a designated hotel zone located outside 528 Pandora.

Cute studio, not a great stay
The studio apartment itself was very cute and functional. We were very frustrated by the broken flush on the toilet, which at times required being pushed 15-20x for it to actually flush. When we reached out to the property manager to try and ask about getting the toilet fixed, all we got was an auto-response from the company, with no follow-up from a real person in the days remaining of our stay. Parking was a big frustration at this property, as the lot pictured next door on Google Maps is currently being developed into an apartment building, and the closest suggested alternative was 2 blocks away. We would have appreciated being informed of the construction either in the listing or even as a check-in note, as it was incredibly loud, way beyond expected road noise from being right beside the bridge.

very clean and cozy. (ground floor location so be aware of activity outside ) nice bed and linens. found everything i needed. better suited to vacation stay - i was working so the table was a bit awkward for that.

Decent stay with some issues
They only provide info for checkin and full address a couple of days before but one of their support people didn’t seem to know that and told me to check my email when I asked a few weeks out. Tv or the remote didn’t work. I wasn’t sure how to let a guest in and I emailed to ask and never heard back. Unit is fairly basic and the building is all short term rental. And the building is going through some reno so the hallway carpet was ripped out. Not a biggie.
