When you stay with us, you will have:

- Access to the building's rooftop deck with BBQ (outdoor blankets are included to stay warm while enjoying the views).

- A well-appointed gym onsite, if staying fit is a priority during your stay.

- Well-stocked kitchen with quality cookware and the essentials to get you started; cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, rice, oatmeal, and, of course, coffee & tea.

- Quality mattress and bed linens for a blissful night's sleep. When the wall-bed is folded away, a multi-function table appears to be used for a workspace or romantic dinner.

- The bed turns into a dining table by day, doubling up as a great work space.

- TV equipped with smart TV capabilities for viewing Netflix and other streaming services. (The TV does not have regular cable TV channels.)

- Remote-controlled dishwasher because no one likes doing dishes, especially when on vacation.

- In-suite washer and dryer supplied with laundry detergent

- For those requiring pre or post stay luggage storage, visit 556B Pandora Ave. Cost is $7.50 per bag for the day. Hours are 9 am - 6 pm daily.

For those attractions that aren't so close:

- Victoria Harbour Water Taxis: Hop on and off at numerous points around the city's historic harbour. Be sure to check out the pickle boat ballet in the summer months.

- Parking: There is no parking available in the building. You're best options are:
1. 1705 Store St: cost is $16 daily & $4/hourly for evening
2. Street: $3.50 /hr from 8 am - 8 pm. Evenings are free
3. 1645 Fisgard St: Parking garage cost is $15 daily 8 am - 8 pm. Hourly $2/hr. Evenings are free

- Transit: The public bus system will take you from the BC Ferries Schwartz Bay terminal to within 5 minutes walking distance of our place. Get bus #70 from the ferry terminal and get off at the 'Douglas and Cormorant' stop. Walk 5 minutes west down Pandora Ave to the Janion building.

- Victoria Airport: No bus services here, so best to get to and from via taxi or shuttle bus.

- Cycling - The Janion building is right on the Galloping Goose bicycle trail. At 60 km (36 miles) long, it connects downtown Victoria to Sooke. The trail is incredibly scenic with access to many beautiful sites like Matheson Lake Park, East Sooke Park, Spirit Bay Park, Sooke Potholes Park etc.
Bicycles can be rented at numerous locations nearby, such as MEC, North 48, Ride the Glide (for electric bicycles), etc.

Perfect studio suite for the single traveler
Everything was in perfect working order and the suite was spotless. Tastefully decorated and the Murphy bed was actually very comfortable. The Nespresso machine and awesome Marshall Amp Bluetooth speaker were to perfect additions that put this place at the top of my list.
