Bright, clean and spacious one bedroom condo located in downtown Victoria in an area lovingly known as Old Town. This suite is steps away from Victoria’s best restaurants, bars, shops and sights. Whether your visiting with friends, family or for business, find all your needs met here while you're travelling.

PLEASE NOTE: while there is construction across the road from the building, this suite is located at the back of the building and avoids all of the construction noise.

DETAILS:
This condo is a bright, south-facing suite that has been recently refreshed with new, modern furniture and amenities. It includes one bedroom with queen size bed, one bathroom and also has additional sleeping space on the pull-out sofa (or alternatively a very comfy inflatable mattress).

It features a spacious living and dining space with high ceilings and a large balcony, perfect for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

Decent location

The condo itself has some flaws (balcony door that is impossible to lock - even with a video), a bedroom that doesn't have a window, and is overly warm, and a sofa bed that is not terribly comfortable. The location is right by Chinatown and an easy walk to the Inner Harbour. I can't see 4 adults staying here comfortably but it's fine for a short term stay.

This property is in a great location and was very clean. The hosts were also easy to communicate with and they even provided recommendations for where to eat, places to visit and where to park. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!
