Great location for walking around Victoria
Stayed here 4 nights and only had a car for one day. Excellent location to access all you need to see/do while visiting Victoria. Condo was clean and although not very big, we were comfortable for our stay. I was with a friend so we used the couch as a bed and it was very comfortable. Only draw back is the noise. In the back is a parking courtyard where multiple large garbage bins seem to get emptied daily around 6:30am. Also, there is an axe throwing business that backs onto that courtyard that can be quite noisy. It honestly sounds like fireworks are going off. This too can be early and also go late. We were up early anyways to get out and do the early mornings we’re not a big deal. Not a great spot if you like to sleep in. The building itself is very quiet though, never heard anyone else. Even with noise factor, I’d still recommend this place and stay again.

Trevor was wonderful to work with because he was so accomodating. There is a bit of noise around the property (at first I thought they were fireworks but I think it's trucks banging doors). However overall very safe property. I arrived early so I used the luggage storage place across the street ($7.50 for a whole day) to hold the luggage while I wandered about the city.

Comfortable and easy
I have stayed here in the past - it is much more comfortable than staying in a hotel and more convenient - only challenge is parking is not on site
