Modern, upscale appliances and amenities like the electric fireplace complement our intimate space. Guests sleep on a comfy queen-size mattress topped with high-end pillows and bedding; moreover, the smart European-style Murphy bed easily transforms into a dining table, creating a clever dining space. Finally, this suite has a high-efficiency, in-suite washer and dryer with detergent, high-speed wifi, smart television with access to all your favourite streaming services.

The Janion Building possesses a rich history, initially constructed in 1891 and later transformed into a sustainable residential complex through meticulous renovation and restoration. Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 19 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Pets Welcome. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Both parkades also offer free parking from 8 pm to 8 am. We recommend downloading and using the Park Victoria App to simplify the payment process and avoid the hassle of using a meter. Additionally, for easy unloading, there is a designated hotel zone located outside 528 Pandora.

Cute place great location
We enjoyed the location. Main downfall was that there was no underground parking space so we had to shlep out stuff from the nearby public parking lot. Other than that it was clean and a great location.

Good flat, great location
The flat is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The location is perfect. There is no on-site parking. There are public lots nearby. For Summer and Fall 2023 expect construction noise outside the windows - they start using machinery as early as 7:30 AM. Victoria is an engaging small city perfectly situated. The sea air and persistent sunshine are a blessing and Beacon Hill Park is a gem. Walk from the flat through the park down to the Dallas Road Beach. Then drop in at Beacon Drive-In for fries on the the way back.

The location is amazing and the unit very well kept with all the amenities you need. I enjoyed my stay very much. The only thing I didn’t like at all was the parking situation. They don’t have parking in premises and you are left trying to find parking downtown Victoria near the unit: good luck. This makes unload and load extremely difficult, specially if you are bringing a suitcase, plus equipment with you (like a paddleboard) and a four legged friend. Free parking is rare to find and far from the unit, and it is limited to either 1-2hrs. So, even if it is walkable, you are left spending all your time stressing about your car. Provide some underground parking and it is a gem.

Great location in Victoria
Perfect location for a short stay in Victoria. The studio apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host said I would receive check in instructions 2 days prior to check in. I didn’t receive the instructions as indicated, but after communicating with the host, instructions were sent.
