About this property

POOL OPEN 8-4 Vintage Daytona Condo hotel in an ideal location close to Ocean Center where the infamous Cheer Netflix show was filmed during the cheerleading national competition.

1 bedroom condo with kitchenette, 2 queen beds and side view of the ocean.

The ocean front part of our building is undergoing restoration. The construction crew has an area fenced off where they’ll be working. There is minimal noise if any at all heard in our condo and they work 8-5 M-F.

Location, location, location. We are located on the corner of Atlantic and International Speedway Blvd. In the middle of all the action Daytona Beach has to offer. A true 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom with ocean views!

Welcome to our condo hotel in Daytona Beach! It’s a vintage hotel that’s been here since the iconic 50’s. That being said our association is working on updating and renovating the building and common areas. Our home has recently been renovated and updated.

Our home is approximately 450 sq ft with 2 queen size beds, 1 bathroom and separate open living room/kitchen.

We are next to the Worlds Most Famous Beach Sign off of International Speedway Blvd. In the middle of the action for bike week, October Bike Fest, Daytona 500 and many other great Daytona events.

You have access to our entire home.

Little pricey for what you get

Definitely needs some upgrades. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. There was a water leak from upstairs. Water was running down the door way going in the bathroom. We had to keep a towel on the floor to keep walking or slipping in water. The faucet in the shower was about to come out of the wall. The refrigerator was not wiped down. We went to the store to buy Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. A little rough, homeless people everywhere in the area. One plus it was close to bandshell.
