About this property

428 Forest Beach Villa is newly renovated and located in South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island! This chic, top-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is just minutes from the beach, with new furnishings, a community pool, and 2 on-site tennis courts.

When you enter the villa, you are greeted by an abundance of natural light and a comfortable living room. The living room features a brand new 50" flatscreen TV and ample seating for all guests. Next to the living room, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ocean-inspired kitchen finishes, and a dining area for 6. The main level also features a primary bedroom with a new king bed, a small office space, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

Heading upstairs via the beautiful floating staircase, you'll find a second primary bedroom with a new king bed and mattress and a full bathroom with a new vanity sink and tiled shower/bathtub combo. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed both with brand new mattresses. All bedrooms have very large closets for ample storage space

The large outdoor balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening drink while kicking back on one of the two wicker cushioned lounge chairs or at the four high-top tables and chairs. Guests have access to the onsite community pool and tennis courts as well as our covered parking area. This villa is perfectly located for everything that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Guests can enjoy local shopping and restaurants at Coligny Plaza, just steps away.

Great Stay

The property was just as described. Had everything you would need in a stay and was extremely clean. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent stay

Place was excellent, in great condition. Very comfortable beds and spacious for a villa. Kitchen well stocked with quality equipment. Convenient to beach and shops. Exactly what we needed. Pool was great for the times we didn’t want to venture to the beach. Parking was a bit tight for SUVs and the property is a mix of rentals and residents. Several of the residents were outspoken about tourists which is unfortunate. I’d stay there again but hopefully at a better price point considering my last minute booking over the holiday week.

Love HHI; great condo!!

Gorgeous condo! Plenty of room, recently updated, near coligny beach and plaza. We loved our stay and would return! Only feedback is out of owners control; the pool is next to an unfenced pond which had alligators in them so we didn’t feel comfortable enjoying that amenity.
