Sugarloaf Condo E4 is a well sought after 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo featuring full kitchen and walk out patio. Primary bedroom has a king bed while the second room has 2 twins. Each bedroom has it's own private bath as well as another half bath on the main level. The outside heated pool and common gathering grounds are an added bonus.

Great location 2 very nice upstairs bedrooms and so close to the pool. The grassy area on the back deck n pool area was large and so soft so… we had a picnic outside and the preschool grandsons had plenty of room to play wiffle ball with their grandparents. Beautiful grounds and lots of room for 4 or 5 people even though we only slept 2… we had 7 in our group and 2 rental sites. Plenty of parking and nice modern showers/bathrioms!!

The location was perfect! The unit is very close to the pool (which was great since we travelled with our kids). A 20 min drive to Suttons Bay, Traverse City, and a 10 minute drive to a free beach! The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were updated and clean. We'd definitely stay here again for another summer trip up north.

Great location

Place was clean with good amenities. We liked the pool close by. The AC was uneven between upstairs and downstairs but worked well. Host was easy to get hold of. Overall very satisfied.

Family trip

Overall good property. Pool area is nice. Wireless was a bit wonky at times getting signed up. There is a gas grill but it's small if your planning on big grillings. But overall, good.
