About this property

Ultimate Gulf Getaway: Kayaks, Jet Skis and Tours

This fantastic home is on an oversized corner lot with incredible water views on two sides. The home sits just 3 blocks from Del Prado Blvd where you have shops, restaurants Walgreens pharmacy and many more commerce. And just a couple minutes to the river.

The home was completely renovated from floor to ceiling and now has a modern open concept design that is not only beautiful but comfortable.

All appliances and cookware are new and so are the bathrooms. We supply towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

When it comes time to relax you can watch tv on your favorite apps on the new 75" HDTV in the living room or you can hang out on the dock and watch the water or watch some dolphins or other fish when they swim by. It's truly a fabulous property on a direct sailboat access deep water canal 5 minutes from the river, which means it a water front view.

The boat dock and lift are brand new and haven't been used yet. So if you want to rent and bring your boat, you can dock it in your own back yard. An additional $50 per day will be charged for the use of the boat dock and lift.
We are making some outdoor updates and landscaping but nothing that will interfere with your stay. We hope to see you in this magnificent waterfront gem sooner rather than later. We just finished building a brand new extra large heated pool with Jacuzzi overlooking the water views. There’s a $30 per day additional charge for the pool heating. Kayaks and paddle boat awaits you.

Great Property

We had a great stay. The house, pool and property are perfect. The host went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

The house was beautiful and accommodating for our Spring Break group. The teens enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as fishing in the canal. Raul was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is in a great location to get to downtown Cape Coral or to take a short trip and get to Sanibel or Fort Myers. This home is definitely on our list of places to stay again!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent-just a few minutes from downtown Cape Coral, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure the home was comfortable and well-prepared for our visit. The pool and hot tub were great bonus and made it even more relaxing. A highlight of our stay was being able to see dolphins on a few evenings, which made the experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

Loving Canal Life

One of the best and most enjoyable homes we have ever stayed in. The unique and beautiful experience of living on a canal in Cape Coral was amazing. Add to that a beautiful home with swimming pool and hot tub and you have all the making of a wonderful vacation. Why they chose this property

This part of Cape Coral is prized for one thing above all: real gulf access. Our canal leads straight out toward the river and the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges to duck under, so if you're bringing a boat — or want to rent one locally — you can be out on open water in minutes. The neighborhood itself is quiet and residential, mostly other waterfront homes, so evenings are peaceful and the canal stays calm for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or just watching dolphins and manatees drift by from the dock. You're still just a short drive from Cape Coral's restaurants, breweries, and Fort Myers/Sanibel beaches, but you'll feel tucked away from the tourist bustle.
