It offers direct canal and Gulf access for boating and water activities, beautiful parks like Rotary Park and Glover Bight Trail, and a mix of upscale and family-friendly homes. It’s close to restaurants, marinas, and shops, and it’s only a few minutes from downtown Cape Coral. The area is known for being clean, safe, and well-kept, with a strong sense of community and excellent property values that continue to grow.
