The Space:

Oceanfront Oasis is located mid island just a short walk to the pier and popular beach strand. Luxury Living Savannah's Oceanfront Oasis is an exclusive property for those who choose to vacation in style and will accept nothing less than a luxury oceanfront location with panoramic ocean views.



Our gated & private complex has 2 brand new pools, lounge furnishings & renovated the restaurant and it looks GREAT!!



Frequent sightings of dolphins and daily views of enormous container ships heading into the Savannah Shipping Channel make binoculars a must! The rhythmic crashing of waves signal low tide, which is the perfect time for walking or biking on our wide beaches!



You are met with breathtaking ocean view in the open floor plan. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open to the large sliding glass doors that open to the deck and the ocean! The deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and alfresco dining with seating for six.



The townhouse is 3-stories with the garage, main entrance and rear patio on the ground level. Next to the custom, hand-painted mural (painted by a local artist) you will ascend one flight of stairs to the main living floor. Here is an open, spacious plan with living, dining and kitchen all open to the views from our 2nd floor balcony. There is one bedroom on this level with king size bed and full bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower.



Up to the top/3rd floor is the master and 3rd bedroom. The master has a king bed, private balcony views, and en-suite full bathroom. The bathroom has 2 vanities and a large walk-in shower. The bedrooms are separated by a laundry closet with full sized washer/dryer for your use. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



All bedrooms have wall-hung smart TVs that are ready to stream your favorite apps. Bring your passwords! We have free WiFi but no cable.



PARKING INFO:

There is a 2 car garage under the townhouse and private parking for 1 additional car in the parking lot. No other vehicles, trailers or RVs allowed. This is a gated, private complex.



NOTES:

Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 6 people, including children/infants, at any/all times.



NOISE: This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort. This is a family oriented community with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.
