This well-appointed completely renovated home completed in May of 2015, professionally designed 3 bedroom (the bunk bedroom is small - 10.5 x 10.5, best suited for kids or teenagers), 2 bathroom home boasts incredible ocean views from almost every room with private 20' x 30' custom dock house (no floating dock) completed in 2017, plush bedroom suites, gourmet kitchen, four flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, and the best sunset views on Tybee Island. Only 1 of 3 homes with a private dock on Tybee Island with beach access directly in front of the home. All Tybee beach areas are public including the beach in front of my home. Expect beachgoers and beach crowds to be on the beach directly in front of my home. Enjoy your choice of three outdoor porches, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset. Best location on Tybee for sunbathing, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding. A true island getaway that’s literally steps away from the sandy beach.

Absolutely Beautiful Spot

Our stay was wonderful - house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and well designed for families. The location is unbeatable. River views out the front, great for wildlife watching, fishing and coffee on the porch. With just a short beach walk you’re at the Atlantic for different waterfront vibes! The island is bikeable and we absolutely loved being a short drive to Savannah to enjoy all the city has to offer. We had an unbelievable time on our first visit to Tybee!

Gorgeous Views and Great Location!

Very charming beach house! The house and dock were well set up and well maintained. We were within walking distance to several great restaurants and cute shops. We did a kayak trip to Little Tybee with Sea Kayak Georgia, and it actually left from the beach right next to the house. It doesn’t get easier than that. Christopher sent us some really good restaurant recommendations, and we had fun trying them. Elizabeth’s in Savannah, and Sundae Cafe on Tybee were excellent. It was a fun, relaxing get away. We’d love to come back.

Lovely Anniversary Trip

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! Spectacular location, beautiful sunsets over the water, house was well decorated. My husband enjoyed fishing off the homes pier! We easily walked to dining, shopping, and the city pier and beach! We will definitely be back again!

Girl’s Trip

We absolutely loved this house! Everything was perfect. The views were spectacular, location ideal, we enjoyed all the outdoor seating and views from inside the house. We are already planning a return trip next year!
