Island Trail's Sunset Cottage on Beautiful Lake Murray - Now with King Size bed!

A warm and cozy cottage nestled in a bay of Lake Murray in Chapin, SC. This cottage is located on a peninsula of 16 homes on a quiet section of the lake and offers swimming in the lake or pool at the main house, as well as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, picklebball, picnic area with swings, fire pit on a sandy beach, and rocking chairs on the deck to view gorgeous sunsets in the evening!

Great striper bass fishing on Lake Murray with a fish cleaning station available for your use! Cottage has a newly renovated deck and dock with 2 adjoining boat ramps to launch and moor your own boat!

Shared watercraft includes 2 Pedal Kayaks, Canoe, Paddle Board, Floats, Children's 4 seat paddle boat, 15' bouncer on the lake when available.

Cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps 5, 1 full bath, living area with fantastic views of the lake through French doors, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and gray tile floors throughout. Internet, Apple TV, and Smart TV provided.

Bedroom 1:
Has French Doors opening onto a large deck with beautiful views of the lake. King size bed sleeps 2, 1 dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps, recliner love seat, pedestal lamp, coffee table with Tic, Tac, Toe game, side chair, clothes hanging rack, Apple TV, and DVD player.

Bedroom 2:
Sleeps 3 with Twin bed for an adult or child, and Bunk Bed for 2 children, 2 nightstands with lamps, dresser with large drawers, Smart TV, children's books, 2 lego tables w/legos, a few toys, french doors opening to the living space.

Living Space:
Recliner love seat with views of the lake and beautiful sunsets through french doors leading to the Deck and Dock, 2 end tables with lamps, 2 swivel barrel chairs, roll-top desk with chair, console table, open to the kitchen.

Kitchen:
Beautiful countertops with blue glass backsplash to the ceiling, red accent light over the sink, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pantry shelving, and kitchen table with chairs. Full set of dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, casserole dishes, cooking utensils. Paper towels, dish soap, and scrubby provided.

Laundry:
Full sized stack Washer and Dryer. Laundry Soap and Bounce Sheets provided.

Bathroom:
Large walk in shower, high rise toilet with handicap bars, sink with granite counter and drawers below. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, bath towels, wash cloths, Kleenex, and hand soap provided.

Deck:
Large newly renovated deck with rocking chairs and zero gravity loungers to provide relaxation while looking out over beautiful Lake Murray. Porch covers half of deck, round table with 5 chairs for enjoying outdoor dining. Two Boat ramps to launch your own boat and a newly renovated Dock for mooring.

Adjacent picnic area including 2 picnic tables and 4 children swings, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard court and swimming pool by main house, waterfall pond, water fountains throughout property, nearby woods for hiking, and sidewalks around the property for taking walks - especially in the evening when the night stars are abundant and shining brightly.

Parking:
Large driveway with free parking. Also can park on extra wide boat ramp when not in use. Garage parking upon special request if available.

Use of propane grill upon request.
Crib, porta crib, or pack n play upon request. 2 day notice required - $50 set up charge for crib, $25 set up charge for porta crib or pack n play.

It has 1 king bed (sleeps 2) with 2 nightstands and lamps, curio cabinet, dresser with mirror, recliner, side table, two side chairs with table, full size desk and chair by the windows, small chest of drawers, brand new carpeting, wall mounted cable TV, private bathroom, and a separate exterior entrance to the rear porch. This room also has mini fridge/freezer/microwave combo and coffee maker. Paper goods, plasticware, paper towels provided, also propane grill available upon request - $150 per night/2 night minimum - $964.95 for week

These guest rooms all have their separate entrances to the rear porch of the main house. They can be used in addition to the cottage which has a full kitchen and laundry facilities. All guest bathrooms have toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap/shower gel provided. Outdoor space/watercraft is same as listed for cottage.
