We had an amazing time at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable.The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a couple minutes to either Nevada City and Grass Valley, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved the outdoor space; sipping coffee on the patio every morning was a highlight!Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. What a delight

We did a Girls Getaway and were delighted with this property. The home and grounds are beautiful and leave nothing to be desired. And it was under a 10 minute drive to downtown Grass Valley. Nevada City and Grass Valley are both very cute. It was Perfect !

Spacious, lovely home on expansive forested property

We loved every single thing about it! It was impeccably clean, the beds were delightfully comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there were multiple (and lovely) outdoor seating areas, and communication with property manager was fantastic! I had a couple of questions rise up while I was there, and she answered each message within seconds. The location was wonderful -- just a few minutes into the charming downtowns of both Grass Valley and Nevada City, but while at the home, we felt like we were in another world. We watched deer frolic in the morning, and the fresh mountain air was divine. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great House with Fast Internet

We stayed here for a week spring break time. I do have to work couple days so fast internet access is very important for me. No problem at all - able to work and have all of my video conference smoothly. The house is perfectly situated - closed to downtown Nevada City. Love all the trees view from all of windows of the house. The host is available when we texted her for a question and she checked in with us couple days later to ensure everything is OK. We will come back to stay here again next time.
