About this property

Beachy beach house with all the amenities. This house sits on the canal with deep water access to the Intracoastal waterway.
We have a private boat ramp and boat lift (up to 10,000 lbs) on the private dock.

The house is .6 miles to the beach. Just a short 10 minute walk. Plus we have the 6 person golf cart and lots of bikes to make your way to the beach if you get tired of the pool, swimming or paddle boarding in the canal or boating.

Our house contains 5 beach themed bedrooms with an additional loft that will sleep up to 5 more people. The house boasts the most upgraded outdoor kitchen with a stone bar, grill and gas burners (awesome for your shrimp boil) The house also has a refrigerator downstairs. 3 refrigerators total!

And let's not forget the house has your own personal outdoor pool surrounded by a deck for chairs and an umbrella.

The back porch has a wonderful full size bed swing that is a wonderful place to sit and relax in the cool breeze.

The house has an outside lift to the main floor which is great for grocery and luggage carrying. (Adult supervision needed for use of the lift)The back yard is fully fenced in to keep your precious pets safe and contained. There is a $250 non refundable pet deposit per pet that will be added to your final total.

Included in this house rental is a 6 person golf cart that has the paid parking permit. There are also several bikes, a kayak, beach chairs, paddle board and surf boards for our guests.

The house was remodeled in 2020 with new granite kitchen counters, new kitchen appliances and new flooring and upgraded bathrooms. This is our first year of rental.

Great house

This house is perfect...great location...great pool...great dock ..plenty of room...golf cart was great to take to the beach it made everything so easy ..owners were great also..highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back
