The reverse floor plan maximizes the views from the open living, dining and kitchen. The family chef can whip up todays fresh catch while enjoying the views of the Atlantic. Take advantage of two oceanfront covered porches and sit back, read a book and enjoy the sound of the crashing waves any time of day. 

You will feel like you are at your own private resort with a private pool area to lounge. The direct beach access off the pool area makes it easy to come back and forth from sand to your private getaway. Many memories can be made at Sea-Sun's Greetings!

*Pool Heat 

The pool can be heated, AT NO CHARGE, from April to mid-May, and from mid-September through the end of October, depending on weather and outdoor temperatures. Please notify Ward Realty, at least, 5 days prior to arrival if you DO NOT want to have the pool heated during this time. NOTE: When heated, the average water temperature will be heated to a minimum 75-78 degrees, depending on the outdoor temperatures. Also note, Ward Realty cannot guarantee that, in instances of unseasonably cold or frigid temperatures, the water will be able to be heated to a comfortable temperature.
The pool is not heated during the summer, from Mid-May to Mid-September.
During the months of February, March, November and December you have the option to pay a $150 non-refundable fee, per week, to heat the pool. Please notify Ward Realty 4 days prior to arrival if you would like to pay to have the pool heated, or add the option when booking online.  NOTE: Due to fluctuating late-fall and winter weather, and, possible, unseasonably cold weather, Ward Realty cannot guarantee that the pool will be warmed to a comfortable swimming temperature during these months, which is water that is typically, a minimum, of 75-78 degrees.  Before deciding on this option, please check the local weather forecast to be sure that outdoor temperatures will not be sustained below 50-55 degrees.  You can also call Ward Realty if you have any questions or concerns.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
