Nice family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was a close walk to the beach and in the late afternoon we cooled off in the pool. The house was very clean and it was enough room for our family. We would love to stay here again in the future when we visit Topsail Beach.

Perfect Vacay Spot

We loved this house! It was perfect for us as it had 2 master suites and plenty of room for the kids too! The location was perfect with lots to do and the beach being just steps away! The decor was beautiful and the balconies were divine. We loved the hot tub as well and will definitely be back!

On a positive note, the layout of the house was fabulous, and we found the pool to be tremendous. However, we did notice that a pool skimmer was not readily accessible during our visit.Unfortunately, our overall rating was lowered due to several issues with the property's cleanliness. Upon arrival, we noticed an unfresh odor throughout the house that seemed like a mix of trash and cigarette smoke, though we were unable to identify the exact source and determined that having the cleaning crew come back out may not solve the problem. Additionally, the living room furniture was quite dirty, and we encountered a roach problem during our stay. While we recognize that it is the end of the summer season and a deep clean may be planned after the official closeout, we had higher expectations given the price point and the photos shown in the listing.

Great house!

Very nice house literally minutes from the ocean. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Well stocked with kitchen ware. The only thing really missing is a clothesline for wet towels and swimsuits.

Beaching familybtime

Beautiful home with easy access to amazing beaches on Topsail Island. Dealing with the rental agent about the nuts and bolts of access, items needed to bring etc was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Excellent communication. The home itself was well stocked. Especially the kitchen. With our group of 14, we never ran out of plates, coffee cups, dinnerware etc. They even had plastic cups with lids for younger kids! What’s better than a beach day, a simple meal and family game night? If you wanted to relax on the decks, there was plenty of seating. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy. Thank you.
