Introducing Tickled Pink, the newest addition to the NCEscapes suite of vacation rentals in North Topsail Beach, NC. This custom-built luxury home is an exquisite waterfront retreat, featuring a remarkable 35' zero entry HEATED in-ground swimming pool that promises to impress your entire group.

Pool Heating:
From March 15 to October 31, the pool is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees, providing a perfect environment for aquatic enjoyment. Please note that the pool is winterized from November 1 to March 14, ensuring an optimal and safe experience for guests.

Living Spaces:
Boasting brand new construction, Tickled Pink offers four decks that allow for stunning views in every direction, ideal for sunrise and sunset appreciation. The two living rooms with smart TVs provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay, rain or shine.

Kitchen and Dining:
The home features a spacious dining table with 10 matching dining chairs, complemented by a modern kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a small island with seating for three, providing a convenient space for meals and gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities and a pantry, ensuring a seamless culinary experience during your stay.

Bedrooms & Baths:
Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with Smart TVs, two of which are King Ensuites. The home offers three bedrooms with King beds, one with a Queen bed, and a bunk room with two sets of Full over Full bunks, accommodating both comfort and flexibility for your group. Additional sleeping options are available with a sleeper sofa, ensuring your group’s needs are met.

Outdoor Space:
A range of outdoor amenities awaits, including the highlight: a 35' HEATED in-ground pool available from April 1 to October 31, maintained at a comfortable 85 degrees. Ample seating on all the decks and around the pool and across the decks contribute to a delightful experience, perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

We also have a pool volleyball net, disc golf basket, outdoor Connect 4 and Jenga in additional to a custom cornhole set - all of which will keep the whole family entertained! Speaking of entertainment, everyone loves the Ms PacMan Arcade.

Safety and Features:
The property is well-equipped with safety features, including a private driveway accommodating at least 5 cars, Ring security cameras, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, exterior lighting, and a fire extinguisher, ensuring a secure and comfortable stay for all guests.

Dog-Friendly:
Tickled Pink welcomes your furry companions, and the property is dog-friendly on a case-by-case basis. A $200 refundable pet fee is requested for each canine guest. Please reach out to discuss the pet rules further, and please note that cats are not allowed at this time.
