This is by far one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, it was clean, and wonderfully furnished for family time. Location was amazing also, and hosts were responsive and friendly. Will be back again. Thank you so much for everything !!

What an incredible opportunity to stay in a beautiful home, close to two beach access points, walking distance from the heart of downtown and a great view of the ocean from all areas of the house. Throughout the entire process of renting, Beth was amazing. She responded quickly to any questions. We had a large group and never felt crowded, plenty of space for all to relax. The amenities available, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, crockpot, air frier, kid games and so much more. Overall what a great vacation!

We had an amazing stay and truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family getaway to Surf City! The view is absolutely perfect and completely unobstructed. Even though the home is across the street from the beach, you can hear the ocean beautifully, and it still feels like you’re right on the beach.The house had everything we could have needed, especially traveling with two kids. The amenities were fantastic, from the Smart TVs to all the thoughtful extras for a perfect day at the beach. It made it so easy to settle in, relax, and simply enjoy our time together.One thing we especially appreciated was the kindness of our hosts in allowing us a later checkout. With two kids, that extra time on our last day was such a gift! Instead of feeling rushed to pack everyone up and leave, we were able to enjoy a slower, more peaceful end to our trip and soak up just a little more time by the ocean. It was such a generous gesture and the perfect ending to a special family getaway.We made some very sweet family memories here and would absolutely stay again!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for sharing your beautiful Surf City retreat with our family!

This was our second year at this house and it was even better than the first. This time we were able to bring a lot less stuff because we knew the house was stocked. We didn’t bring a single towel or beach chair because we knew the house would have them! It’s such a joy knowing there are toiletries in each bathroom already and the beds are made when you arrive. They had even more bikes this year so our entire 8 person crew was able to bike for ice cream. Within walking and biking distance of everything. If you are a Walmart member, they will also deliver groceries to the house, which was SO nice. I really can’t think of anything that would make this house better!

We had a great experience with this property. It was everything as described and more. The home is beautiful and was just as described. So many extras were at this home in the kitchen and living areas. Can not say enough good things about this rental. Just outstanding! The view was great as well. Plan to go back later this year.

We enjoyed our stay in Surf City! Hosts easy to contact and wonderful to work with. The home is beautiful and the views from the decks are terrific! Enjoyed sunrises from front decks and sunsets as grilling on the back deck. An easy and short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

By far the nicest house we have ever rented! We loved everything about it and hated to leave! The house is very well planned out, was very clean and well stocked. Located on a quiet street, access to the beach was easy, shops within walking distance. We spent a lot of time on the deck… the view made it feel like we were oceanfront. So glad we stayed here and can’t wait to return!

family vacation

This home was perfect location, close enough to the beach to comfortably walk with kids to the beach. Property was everything promised in the pictures. Very well appointed and had everything we needed for a week at the beach with young children and adults. When we return to surf city, we will definitely rent this house again. The hosts were very accommodating and made our visit enjoyable.
