Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family. House was very clean. The beach was within walking distance. Grandchildren had a great time in the pool.

Family Vacation 2025

We checked in on 7/26/25. The house stated that it slept 8 people. It failed to mention that the couch bed was in fact not a couch bed, but a pull out sofa (not the same). I called several days before the trip and asked about linens for the couch bed and was told they were in a closet. There were no linens for that bed. The house was a cute house and kept up really well. However I would not recommend staying in the house if you want to be comfortable. The house is very small!! The ladder going up to the loft was kind of sketchy. The washer/dryer combo in the house is terrible. Dont plan on washing any clothes or towels. They only provided 6 bath towels for a house that sleeps 8.For the price of the house it was nice. I will not book this home again. I would say 4, maybe 5 people would be ok in the house. I will say the AC worked great! They have no water hose outside to spray anything off. Bring bath towels and linens. The kitchen was pretty stocked.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience. On our website, Bolivar Escapes Vacation Rentals, it states "sofa bed". We cannot control descriptions of our prroperties that are on Homeaway or any other third-party rental companies. All linens are provided. There were linens for the sofa bed, and were placed inside the sofa bed. All beds are made before guests arrival, with the exception of bunk beds and sofa beds. Towels, hand towels, and washcloths are packaged in sets and are placed on each bed. The 2 sets that were on the queen size bed in the loft may have been initially overlooked. As far as the capacity of the washer/dryer, we have no control on what a homeowner chooses to place in their home. We hope you had an enjoyable stay overall, and we appreciate your business.
