For the price and location I give it 5 stars. Amenities however were just adequate, especially in kitchen. We are used to higher end rentals so I keep that in mind. Overall good experience. Would return if the price point remains reasonable

My family loved the place! Very clean. Air conditioners worked perfectly!! It was 100 degrees while we were there! Nice to come home to a cool house! Also we could see the fireworks perfectly from the deck! Didn’t have to drive anywhere to see them!! We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful! We had a great stay. The house was really clean and spacious. You could tell that it had been remodeled recently. The security guard was friendly and helpful on arrival. Mila had great communication about our stay prior to arrival and upon departure. She also responded quickly to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Waterpark Fun!

The property is as pictured in VRBO. Everything is brand new - appliances, furniture, etc. It was immaculately cleaned. Beds were comfortable with quality linens. Water park and other attractions were close by. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we return to the area.

Hosting was good. The code temporarily was out of service but overall experience was okay. I would maybe hire a pest control or exterminator for bugs. But for the experience is to each as own. Pretty good for us

Due to our mountain location, occasional insects from the natural surroundings may appear. That said, we take all concerns seriously and will be taking extra care by using proven and effective extermination methods throughout the house as a preventative measure, just in case, to ensure everything is thoroughly checked and comfortable for our guests.
