Hot tub & Pool / Family Fun Ski Escape / Slope-Side Camelback
Winter at Camelback:
Getting to the slopes (winter):
In ski season, the slope-access trail is a short walk — about 250 yards from your door, part paved and part packed path (you'll pass beneath a few neighboring decks along the way). It's wonderfully close; just picture a quick stroll to the snow rather than stepping straight onto it. Lift tickets are available directly through Camelback Resort — just ask and we're happy to share the link so you can book ahead.
The home:
Our kitchen is equipped with the cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils you need to prepare and enjoy a meal together. A comfortable living area, dining space, and private deck round out the home. Where you'll sleep (sleeps 8) • Master bedroom: 1 queen bed • Lower-level bedroom: 1 queen bed • Kids' room: 4 single beds
Pets Welcome! We know vacations are better with your furry family members. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join your stay, and you'll find plenty of nearby trails and outdoor spaces to explore together.
Sunny days start at the community pool and end in the hot tub. Step outside to hiking and biking trails, and you're just 2 minutes from Camelbeach Waterpark, with Kalahari and Great Wolf Lodge close by. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and watch the sunset over the mountain in the evening.
Community amenities (included) Your stay includes complimentary access to the gated Village at Camelback amenities: swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis courts (free; a quick registration is required). Community trash disposal is available near the exit gate.
A couple of honest notes:

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was spacious, clean and provided great access to all the fun activities at Camelback Mountain. Our only issue was checking in - the keys were not inside the lockbox as we had been told so we had to go back to the main building to try and get in touch with the owner. We were then provided with a door code which also did not work. We had to wait for a bit but eventually we received the correct code and go inside. After that, everything about our stay was lovely and we would highly recommend!

Sorry for the check in headache Jon. To all future guests, all is resolved here! Come back soon Jon
Exactly as listed. Host is super responsive and flexible with last minute changes. It was so great to have the pool and hot tub open. So many hotels aren’t. Check in was seamless.
Very clean and homey property! Being able to wake up and walk from our front door to the slopes was incredibly convenient. We were even able to come back for lunch before we headed out to ski in the afternoon each day. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and deck was nice for morning coffee. 10/10 recommend. We will be back!
This listing was as expected- better. The townhouse was clean and spacious (6 people total: Grandma, 2 parents, 3 teenage boys). Improvements considerations have to do with the "development" not the property. The gate opening system should be push-button. If we were not connected to the property wifi we could not connect to the development wifi and therefore could not get the QR code to get in the front gate. It was frustrating; and it was a chronic problem for all guests. The other improvement would be to have the facilities open past 4:30pm (maybe 7 or 8pm). We were there during the heat wave and there was more than enough interest for the pool to be open. Again, the property itself was perfect for our amount of guests. Spacious, clean, enough bathrooms and privacy for each of us to be together or not.
Very close to mountain. Technically on-mountain, but do not think of it as ski-in, ski-out. It is a 250 yard hike to get to trail. Some of the path is paved, some not. You go under other decks of houses. Owner highly responsive.
This house in the Poconos was the perfect getaway this weekend, offering a cozy and tranquil retreat with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
We went for the the weekend with some close family friends and our kids. Very communicative host, nice clean property and couldn’t be more convenient to Camelback. Thanks for having us!
We had a relaxing and peaceful trip. Got to the water park and hiking at Bushkill Falls. Grounds were clean. Nice Mountain View’s both day and night. Great spot for family time. Would hit it up again for skiing.
