✅ No parties. For security and protection Ring camera is installed outside on the property. Airbnb prohibits parties on all Airbnb listings.
✅We are a pet free home. Pets are not allowed.
✅We kindly ask no shoes inside, please leave at entry-way or just inside in the hallway.
✅Home Security: Please kindly close and lock all windows and doors when leaving the home. 🔑🏡 🔐
✅Fireplace: fireplace is turned off for the season and for maintenance
✅Toilets: 🚽 Please do not throw napkins, wet wipes or feminine hygiene products down the toilet to flush, it will plug the toilet. Please flush toilet paper only. 🚽🧻
✅To minimize cleaning fee; Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, load up soap and press start. 🍽 Please remove sheets and place in laundry basket provided in the laundry closet. Please take out the trash to the outside bins (located on the side of the house on Brandon street/alley) once trash inside is full. Seattle get-away

The property was exactly as listed. Loved it all - especially the views in the mornings & evenings. Location was perfect for us. Activities included the U of W campus, Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Snoqualmie Falls, Alki beach, Mariners baseball game, rode the Ferris Wheel, did the ferry to Bainbridge and checked out some other fun places to see & fun places to eat. We really lucked out with beautiful weather. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids, and the house served our purpose perfectly. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay when in Seattle.

Gorgeous, Spacious, Comfortable, Cozy

We absolutely loved staying in this gorgeous home and enjoyed the beautiful view of the Puget Sound through the Seattle raindrops over the holidays. The furnishings and decor are beautiful while still being homey. Each bedroom had its own decor/personality and we were very comfortable. I've never stayed at the same VRBO twice but I look forward to the next time we get to stay here!

The house is beautifully maintained, inside and out. Rooms are larger than they appear to be in photos, and it was very clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Location and Plenty of Room

Visited Seattle for a wedding in SODO. Our party of 4 adults had more than enough room, property is very nice and comfortable. Getting in and out with my pickup truck was easy with street parking, there is also a spot behind house for another vehicle. Location is close to shopping and downtown Seattle.

Great House in Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our group which included my wife, our 2 daughters (11yo and 9yo), and my in-laws. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms and the open floor plan made cooking, eating, and spending time in the family room fun. The views of sunset are amazing from the backporch. Location; you are about 1 mile from the trendy area of west Seattle. It’s up hill the whole way so we drove it. There are plenty of delicious restaurants and a great Safeway grocery. Our favorite meal was at Saltys which is on the water near Alki beach. I highly suggest spending an afternoon at Alki beach and finding a “dive restaurant” too. We weren’t too far from Seattle attractions. Maybe 20-30 mins depending on where we were going. We also realized that you do NOT want to stay in Seattle. It’s nice to visit but get to the burbs for the evening. We would definitely stay in this home again when we are in the area.
