The house was clean and very nice. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans and dishes. The linens on the beds were nice and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for relaxing on the patio. We will stay again.

I stayed at this place with ten other adults while we were in Cincinnati for a conference. There is a lot of space for that many people. The house was very clean, and the host was quick with responses. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, large home in the Hamilton area!

This house was exactly as shown on the site. It had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for everyone and common spaces to gather. The host was in contact to ensure everything was going well. Will definitely stay here on future visits to the area.

This house was a perfect location to host our gathering. It has several places to stretch out, to enjoy the pool and fireplace, and to prepare meals. The house is well outfitted in the kitchen and basement game room. And Hamilton is a terrific town with many activities.

Very nice clean property with lots of things to entertain kids and adults. Rooms were spacious with plenty of room for quests. If you’re bringing a child that is usually fed in a high chair you will need to bring one, but we made it work. Kitchen and Island Bar were very nice. Although we really didn’t have time to use it, the basement game room and exercise room appeared to be a very nice use of the space. Highly recommend the property if you have a large group with many different entertainment needs. The communication from the property management was very good and are responsive to help make your stay enjoyable.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious and provided plenty of room to hang out. The basement was a hit with the kids, who enjoyed playing with all of the games provided. The large, and well-stocked, kitchen allowed for easy preparation of meals. The backyard set up provided plenty of space to eat and relax. Everything was really well taken care of and Amy’s communication throughout the whole process was appreciated and full of tips. We would absolutely book again.

It is a beautiful house with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool and had very comfortable beds. The rental is well located and the communication with the owner was great. We had a wonderful time on our girl trip!! This was our second stay here so you know we would highly recommend it.

Fabulous Family-friendly House

Our 3-generation group of 15 (ages 8 - 90) enjoyed a wonderful weekend. The house has all the amenities you'd need, and the kids particularly loved the pool and the game room. Superb house for family gatherings, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Great house and pool

A group of 12 of us stayed here to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday and go to the Cinci Open. The house is beautiful - updated and nicely decorated. The outside area and pool were lovely. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

The home was beautiful. I had a small gathering to celebrate my mom who passed from cancer this year, went better than expected and being in a nice and comforting home really helped with the feeling. Host was extremely quick to communicate and very helpful!

Our annual MLK Jr weekend friends trip had a great time. The house is a short drive to tons of fun things to do and our hosts were fantastic at answering any questions we had along the way! Our group of 12 adults was a little big for the house as the bunkbeds felt more appropriately sized for kids/teens but it was completely manageable. The rooms by the kitchen and abive the garage were definitely cooler than the others so keep that in mind when deciding who sleeps where. Over we had an amazing weekend & the house worked great for us!

Beautiful House with Pool

We stayed with our two grandsons. The pool was fantastic for getting them tired and ready for bed. They loved the arcade games. The house was super clean and comfortable.
