Modern 2 Bed Condo Near Haymarket
Once a historic school building in downtown Lincoln, Hayward is now home to unique condos. Be among the first to experience the fully renovated “9th Street Place”. Guests will enjoy modern furnishings and decor, comfortable new beds, and a high-end kitchen that is fully stocked. Make yourself at home with a huge selection of coffee and tea. The 12 foot ceilings and large windows provide a bright and open feel with lots of natural light. This is the perfect spot to relax and unwind during your next getaway to Lincoln!
Our condo is conveniently located on the first floor. There are a few steps up to the front door of the building. Inside of the condo, there are two steps up to the living room and one step up to each bedroom.
Contactless check-in at the front door, plus a smart lock on the condo door. Two parking spaces are included in the private parking lot behind the building. There is also plenty of street parking available in front of the building. No smoking, no pets, and no tailgating per building rules.

Unique and beautiful property!
Loved this stay! The old schoolhouse was very cool, both outside and in, and the apartment was renovated in a modern, minimalist style that was amazing. It was very close to both downtown but also the edge of town so easy to get on the road again.
Huge array of coffee! Thank you! Immaculate beyond measure! Highly recommend.
