About the host

Host profile image
We are Zach and Jenni Peacock and we have four kids. Our family motto is "Work hard and Play hard" and we live that. We enjoy kayaking, swimming, and fishing on the Snake River during the summer and then skiing in all sorts of places from Utah to Idaho in the winter.

Why they chose this property

It was my Grandpa's house until he died. We couldn't stand to lose the house or the beautiful property on the river so we bought it and now enjoy sharing it's peaceful setting with others.

What makes this property unique

The property is one acre on the Snake River. With the Minidoka Dam about seven miles up stream and the Milner dam around about thirty miles down stream it has caused the river to be wide and deep in this section creating a perfect spot for boating, fishing, kayaking, and all the fun that you would have on a reservoir or lake.
The property has its own boat ramp making it easy to launch your boat here. Then easily hook up the boat to the private boat dock right off the property.
We also have an expansive yard that makes for a great place to relax and enjoy the river and outdoors.
With its rural location we see lots of wildlife such as beaver, raccoon, deer, foxes, and skunks.
