Fabulous location (a few blocks from main street), loved the balcony, a lot of nice touches (for example coffee, kleenex, shampoo), very cozy. The mattress needs to be replaced.

I absolutely loved this day. This Carbondale home is so comfortable. In fact, it feels like homey. The place was so clean. I love sitting on the little balcony to have my morning coffee. I love it when short term rental hosts provide so much – spices, appropriate cookware. There was an abundance of towels, and products both for bathing and doing dishes. When you walk in the front door, the laundry is downstairs there, and then upstairs is the rest of the house. It’s a very nice arrangement. The hosts are amazing. I suffered from some altitude sickness coming from sea level. The host were very thoughtful and were excellent communicators.

The loft was very comfortable, clean and convenient to all locations. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have a good washer and dryer in the unit. My only negative was the mattress. It had deep impressions on either side of the center which made it a little uncomfortable. It was nice to have a King size bed as many places only have queens but the mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that one negative, the place was wonderful and we will definitely stay there again in the future.
