Nice cozy guest home, which is brand new construction as of March 2023, ideal for the couple, young family , business traveler, or 4 good friends. The McKenzie Suite has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and amenities that will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable maximizing the 400 sq-ft space. The personal courtyard with firepit and patio furniture can also be enjoyed. The space has security code access in and out and fully enclosed 7ft fence for privacy and security. Also has street side free designated gravel parking with security cameras. Only 7-20minutes away from the Texas Medical Center, Reliant Stadium, Toyota Center/Downtown Houston, and many popular Houston Destinations.

Excellent efficiency unit that was clean, furnished as expected, and provided everything I needed for the 9 days I stayed there. Not only the basics were provided, but little things like toiletries and and laundry supplies. The host was communicative and helpful. Will stay here again when I'm in the area if it's available.
