Gorgeous and newly renovated near beach condo conveniently situated on the East end of Sanibel, granting guests easy access on and off the island. Featuring two large bedrooms, a beautiful brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and a large island, a gorgeous bathroom with stone tiled walk-in shower, and bright sunny exposure, this residence will perfectly suit guests of all varieties. This rental includes free bicycles for up to two guests!

The Space:
This unit features two bedrooms and one bath and is approximately 900 square feet. It features smart televisions, high speed internet, communal washer and dryer facilities shared with the adjoining four condos in this complex, and dedicated parking directly in front of the complex.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole unit as well as the communal washer and dryer and outdoor seating area outfitted with a grill for guests to use during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located on the East End of Sanibel, faithfully represented by its laid back nature and sublime beauty. The beach is a short 3 minute walk away at the end of the street. The Causeway is a short 5 minute drive away, giving guests easy on and off access to the island.

Condo on Sanibel Island

Our stay was comfortable at the condo. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. However they could have provided more conveniences and the kitchen floor was taped over an area that was obviously broken through. The stairs leading up to the condo had stair strips on them that were loose and a trip hazard. The outside grill provided was dirty and the air vents in the ceiling of the condo were filthy

Search for Junonia

Solo trip in search of a Junonia. Easy walk to beach. Spent many hours shelling. Accomodations were perfect. So happy to see the progress happening on Sanibel & Captiva.
