The suite we originally booked had issues with the AC. We contacted management and had the issue resolved the next day. Thankfully it was not as hot day on night 1 but it was brutal the next day.
I would recommend to check the AC or heat as soon as you check in. Our wasn't discovered till 8pm and we couldn't really confirm without giving it a chance so it was late when we contacted management. The first response was like "point the remote at the AC" as though we didn't know how to operate an AC but yes, it could be simple user error so all understandable, just glad they switched us to a new room.
Everything in the 2nd suite worked perfect!
They provided towels, sheets, soap, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishes, cups and hangers. There's a espresso machine, toaster oven and a mini fridge. The suite is tastefully decorated, clean with modern bath and kitchen.
The building has a small elevator and clean lobbt. Parking is included for us and is 2 blocks over so it may take some extra planning for luggage or limited mobility.
It is self check in/out so it's bit inconvenient to have to grab the parking key first from the room. On last day, bring the key to exit garage, then go back to the suite to return.
Area had a lot of restaurants, shops. A good 30 min walk to the tourist areas. Choose your path as some can be steep with lots of stairs. We walked everywhere and would recommend going beyond Old Quebec. There's surrounding neighborhood to discover.
