About this property

This waterfront, captivating, very spacious, and fully furnished home is located on the highly coveted and beautiful Ke Nui Road, right in the center of the "7 Mile Miracle". With direct beach access and walking distance to the notorious surf spot Gas Chambers right out front, Rocky point 100 yards to the right, and Pipeline 300m to the left, one cannot ask for a better location to enjoy an amazing time with family and friends! The main floor has a big open kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a stunning ocean view. On this level, you will also find a spacious bedroom with a full bath with a shower and bathtub, as well as an additional guest powder room. An expansive covered lanai is perfect for entertaining every time of year! Upstairs, the master bedroom will offer spectacular ocean views, complete with a lanai and a full bathroom. This level is completed with three other bedrooms located on the street side as well as two full bathrooms. Two single-car garages and ample space in the driveway give plenty of space for parking. A bonus room attached provides extra space for storage!

Guests have full access to the property except for one locked off owner use garage. The other garage and remainder of the property is exclusive to the use of the guests.

One of the "rooms" of the house is the front yard and living area. It features an outdoor dining and grill area, a grassy relaxing area overlooking the beach and a jacuzzi.

Baby equipment and water sports equipment can be ordered and sent to the house prior to arrival.
