Located on the St. John’s River, with a 24 foot boat slip, you will have access to grills, a fire pit, pool and outdoor kitchen. It is located in close proximity to serval popular restaurants and bars which offer live music and entertainment. The public boat ramp is just down the street, providing easy access to launch your boat and arrive within minutes to the condominium docks.
