Spectacular sunsets over looking the beautiful St Johns river and the mouth of the Ocklawaha river where fishing is at its best. Just a short boat ride to the beautiful springs. Dock offers 52 boat slips, boat ramp, and trailer parking available on site. Bask in the sun around our beautiful pool area that includes gas grills for your grilling delight. The area has several restaurants that offer live music. The condo is well equipped to make your stay a home away from home. Discounts for monthly stays!

This is a condo that had everything we needed and more. Comfortable, clean, quiet. If you have a boat there’s a dock for you. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Welaka is a small town with a couple of nice restaurants that are easy to get to. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

We checked the unit at 12:00 ,Noon, to see if it was ready and it was cleaned.We put our bags inside and left to visit frinds we came to Flordia to see.My wife gets a call from VRBO saying we checked in early and now owe 70.00 for a early check-in. The person also said if we didn't pay a sheriff would be sent to throw our clothes out to the parking lot and not receive a refund..VRBO treated us like trash.The owner knew we had been there by the WiFi thermostat. VRBO owes us a refund.I have rented from VRBO several times and never treated this badly. WE ARE PISSED !!!

We have been coming to River Bend for over 25 years. I have stayed in B211 a few times. It was evident that this unit has been upgraded and deep cleaned since our last stay. The fixtures in the upstairs bathroom were in good working order! This was not the case with our last stay. This unit has an extra freezer on the patio great for extra ice for the boat. Great view! Kitchen is well equipped. Ice maker would be nice but no big deal. Ice trays worked fine. River bend is a great property and B211 meets all our needs with a little extra. Will stay there again without no worrries should the it be available during our nest trip there. Book it. You won’t regret it.
